[NLRS] NLRS breakfast ....

I noticed in this morning's paper that I-35W will be CLOSED in both directions between DOWNTOWN and the CROSSTOWN (MN62) 
this weekend.  For those of us on the north side, it will mean using the detour (MN100).

On top of that, at least some of the streets crossing Minnehaha Parkway will be closed during the morning, so some of 
the surface street alternative routes won't be available either !  I know 28th Ave S will be closed at Minnehaha, but I 
DONT KNOW about Cedar Ave.

Just a "head's up!"
