[NLRS] NLRS web site updates

Happy New Year.

Since the NLRS web pages hadn't been updated since last year (ouch, that 
sound horrible, but it has actually been since last August, which is 
still pretty bad!), it was more than overdue.

Sunday night and Monday morning saw a long list of updates installed. 
There is a calendar of events for 2008, and a lot of new activities 
mentioned there.  Lots of corrections and updated information. The edit 
log says it all. Take a look at your convenience.

As always, commments and constructive criticism can be sent to me at the
