I do have a cold, but it doesn't seem to be much more than
that so let's do the net tonight. Lord knows we've been
building momentum, and I don't want to lose that.

If you think you'll be on tonight, please email me before 7pm.
That way, I can send out a quick update right before net time,
letting others know where activity centers may be.

If I get busy taking a group of weak ones, I may fall behind
schedule, so be flexible, and keep an ear tuned toward my
QTH, 40 miles north of Milwaukee.

If I am not very busy, then I may very well go thru the whole
SSW thru N deal at least twice. Depends on how things go.

In general, please be aware that we've had known group
activity from EM48/49 area (St. Louis), and also from EM29
(Kansas City), EN43 (La Crosse) and EN37 (NW of Duluth/
Superior) Also have had regular check-ins from EN40, 41,
42 and 32 -- SE and E Iowa. As well as EN33, 34 and 35.
And EN54, where WB9LYH - Mark has a nice station and
is always looking to work new or weak ones.

Also, it's only a month and a half until the next VHF/UHF
contest. ARRL Jan VHF Sweepstakes starts 1pm central
time on Sat., Jan .17th and runs until 10pm Sun., Jan. 18th.

A big part of why I run these nets is to keep activity levels
up between contests. I love contests and I love increasing
activity levels.

I'm going to send out a separate email about contesting.

   73,
   Todd KC9BQA EN63ao 40 N of Milwaukee
