[NLRS] Sept VHF test

After doing the last few contests lower key I do plan to hit
this one pretty hard. I will be on the bottom 4 runing
100-160W. Let's hope that there is propagation of some kind.
Even some local enhancement will be welcome.

And something to ponder:

1. If you still have a voice on Monday morning, - then you
didn't call CQ enough....

2. If you didn't suffer a high cycle fatigue failure of your
antenna cable rotator loop, - then you didn't turn your
rotator enough....

3. If you didn't add significant wear to your VFO, - then you
didn't tune around enough.

4. If you didn't do items 1, 2, & 3, - then you didn't work
the 10-20 unannounced, and possibly new to VHF contesting ops
that happened to get on for the contest....

5. And if you didn't do items 1 - 4  - those new ops may not
be back for another contest because they couldn't find many
people to work.
