[NLRS] EN63ao on 903/1296/2304 after about 9:15am

   Hello regional V/UHF'ers,

   KC9BQA here.  I should be able to get out in the shed in about 
15 minutes and fire up the gear for 902/1296 and 2304.

    I will also try to listen on 144.260 and 432.110.

    Look toward EN63ao or also use the prop logger (that's OK in
