[NLRS] Magazines

I have a complete set of Ham Radio magazines.  At least I think it was
complete--in hard cover binders no less.  Total price?  Free.

I've also got lots of QST and QEX going back many years.  Free.

They are free.  And even includes delivery to Tailgate if somebody can put
them to use.  Otherwise, they head to the dumpster...
