[NLRS] Rain scatter and doppler shift

When working rain scatter on 10 GHz SSB (I assume some people do 
that??)...if the rain cell is between the two stations and direction of 
cell travel is toward one station, the doppler shift would be up for one 
guy and down for the other.  If you try to tune the VFO to make the 
other guy sound good, you would be making it worse for the guy on the 
other end.  Is it standard practice to just use RIT at each end and 
leave the transmit frequncy alone?
