[NLRS] VUCC Checking at Midwinter

Yes, there will be.  I'll be happy to do a 6m VUCC award !

I'll e-mail to make sure we get the paper work done correctly, I know how many cards you have, etc.  It can be a very time-consuming effort, so I like to have things "greased" so there are no surprises at Aurora.
