Remove those parts, take a picture of the wires or label them first, and
take them to any large hardware store or home center. I have bought those
exact parts from Lowe's and Menards a few times for my ceiling fans. I have
some fans that are 7-8 years old, still work like new but over the years
those parts have failed. They determine the fan motor speed, and sometimes
are sold as a ceiling fan speed switch repair kit or something of a similar
name.
If yours also has the lighting kit does the lights work? If not check the
switch first to, you might have more that burned out when those parts
failed.
73,
Scott
