[NLRS] Easy questions

  Hi Glen,

This is what I do to submit a log:
  1) I go www.arrl.org and do whatever they say to do at
the contest page. The browser address I'm looking at right
now says; http://b4h.net/cabforms/arrlvhfjune_cab.php I
would hope to God that if that's where ARRL steers me, it's
acceptable and current.
  2) I did mention I'm transcribing my paper log to Cabrillo, so
no, I'm not using roverlog. I did use N3FJP a few times last year,
but I still defaulted back to the trusty pen and paper for this year's
June contest.
  3) I'm no rover, so no clue about roverlog.

  Take care, 73,
  Todd KC9BQA EN63ao
