[NLRS] CSVHF Above 50 Mhz reporting

Bill (and other NLRSers),

Have you looked at the CSVHFS web site? 2005-6 Results ARE posted (see 
http://csvhfs.org/states/CSSTAT06.HTML ). I don't know WHEN they were 
posted but they ARE there NOW. (A link to "NOTES" is not working, 
however.)

I don't know that I'd consider the program 'in limbo', 
though...announcements WERE made AT the conference in July but I am also 
aware that Peter was 'less than prompt' about getting certificates 
issued and getting the final results submitted to the CSVHFS webmaster.

I've just dropped a note to Peter (no response yet) asking if he is 
ready for 2006-7 results. When I get a response from him, I will share 
it.
