[NLRS] 902 report

  Gary W0GHZ was worked yesterday on 902 CW for grid #1, DXCC # 1 
... signals just above the noise. This morning just before 10:30am Chris 
N0JCF EN35 was worked on 902.080 SSB for grid #2 .... Signals just 
above the noise here and in and out on that end. Gary W0GHZ was also 
worked on SSB after my Q with Chris.  

  Unresolved system issues are limiting my power to 20watts max at the 
moment. AFTER the contest I'll spend some more time dealing with this.

  A BIG THANKS to Chris for all he has done to assist me in adding a 
NEW BAND. Thanks to Gary W0GHZ also for all his help. .... 

  Xverter LO power on the TX side is very touchy .... power output follows 
LO Osc trimming cap. Through the adjustable range of the OSC, 902 
output power can drop  by 3db ....  The Xverter is a KK7B "No-Tune" unit 
...
