Rev C changes:
Added input from K0AWU/W0PHD - now termed Rover Group North. No other
changes.

Goals: Work some longer paths, try some new things, and oh ya, have
some fun. We will not be as fast past as previous years. We will have
at least two rover groups (Rover Group West and Rover Group South) and
a fixed group. We do encourage everyone to give this a go, whether you
are with the fixed group, a rover group, or somewhere else. The idea is
to try some new paths and have some fun. If you have some interest in
10gigs, come on out to the fixed site and check it out. Primary
communication tool for coordination will be cell phones.

Rover Group West: W9FZ, N0UK, K0HAC, KC0IYT, WA2VOI, W0ZQ. Anyone else
? The general plan is to start out Sat morning @ 8:00 am just north of
Pipestone, MN up on the Buffalo Ridge. We will work our way north and
slightly west following the Ridge to overnight in Fargo. Short/medium
range shots to KM0T, long to extremely long shots to VE4MA, and medium
to long shots to both the Twin Cities area and southern RRV. On Sunday
we will most likely head a bit west and north from Fargo before the
trip back home. Sunday would be extreme range to the Twin Cities.

Rover Group South: WB0LJC is looking to rove the SE MN areas SE of
Rochester. Gary, is this just Sat., or both days ?

Rover Group North: K0AWU and W0PHD will be operating in the RRV. May
start "south" near Fargo and drift northward as Rover Group South comes
north. Will have 144.260 and cell phone.

Fixed Group: In addition to the rover group working KM0T, VE4MA, NT0V,
and perhaps K0AWU/R, we look to work all others too. At this time, it
appears that our best fixed sight for Saturday is Lonsdale (church
site). N0KP is doing recon. Lonsdale should be good to the SE for Rover
Group South as well as for SW through at least west for Rover Group
West. On Sunday, Rover Pack West will be at long range (Fargo) and it
is unlikely that those with 19" dishes and under 2 watts can work that
long a path UNLESS there is some rain (scatter). Other fixed sites for
Sunday are still being investigated .... we are interested in hearing
from you if you have a good idea.
