[NLRS] Rovermania IV data

For those looking for Rovermania IV data on our NLRS website, W0JT has 
a work in progress that should appear there very soon.   We don't have 
all the details from all the rovers, but it should be an excellent 
coordination tool none the less.   John will let us know when he has it 
posted ..... thanks John !
