[NLRS] Preparing UT-141 for a connector?

I've also had good luck with an X-ACTO or utility knife but have been using
a Dremel tool with a cut-off disk lately.  It leaves a nice flat finish
without rolling the outer jacket inward the way a pipe cutter or blade does.
I also take care to only cut partway into the Dielectric and not nick the
center conductor and just give it a twist to remove it.
