[NLRS] Preparing UT-141 for a connector?

I have had better luck scoring it with an Xacto or utility knife and then
gently flexing back and forth at the scored line to break off the piece
at that point.  I've found that a tubing cutter is not sharp enough and
will crush the line before it makes a decent score.
