[NLRS] "Web Report" for 2006 August UHF Contest

Hello NLRSers and BCers,

The "Restricted" has been removed so it is now viewable (still to ARRL 
Members Only, though). The Scores Database has now been uploaded but is 
"Restricted" for now (which may be removed by the end of the week) and I 
have seen a QST Proof (scheduled for the January, 2007, issue), which will 
be slightly "reduced" from what is in the "Web Report" (and probably not on 
the web until after Thanksgiving).

Special mention to NLRS Members KM0T and W0ZQ for their "Three-peats" in the 
SOHP and Rover Categories, now 2004 through 2006. Also to fellow 
"midwesterner" K2DRH for repeating as high scorer in SOLP (I think it's a 
"Four-peat" for Bob, since 2003).

Other NLRS and BC (and Chippewa Valley) finishes within the Top Ten of their 
entry categories are:

In SOLP: N0KP, #4; KC9BQA, #5, KB9TLV, #9; N9TZL, #10
In SOHP: W0GHZ, #5; KF0Q, #7
In Rover: W9FZ, #3; WB8BZK, #9
