[NLRS] New Guy on 222

Got my W1GHZ transverter checked out tonight with Charlie, N0AKC, and 
the 5 Watts is working.  I know most of you won't be able to work me, 
but I hope to have a better setup by the end of summer...maybe more 
power and an antenna higher than 7 feet!  ;)

Looking forward to working as many of you as I can...now that I know it 
works, I will surely be taking it with me for the September contest from 
EN67 again...
