[NLRS] VHF and up Winona ARC Inc FD 2006

Our local Club will be operating FD this year from K0NY in EN44eb here in the
river valley in Winona.  Clare has 50,144,432 up and running - we may add 222
or even 1296 if anyone else nearby would be interested.  The location is far
different than our usual spot on the ridge but we just want to have some fun
without a big burden of setup.  I plan on having my portable 5W 10G setup
available but RS contacts this weekend may be rare.  Hope to see you on the
bands
