[NLRS] Dupe Sheet

If you paper log, if you have 500 or more QSO, you will need a check  sheet.  
 If you have 499 contacts or less, you do not need a check  sheet.
 
If you computer log, you do not need a check sheet.   
 
For the recent 10 GHz contest where I did have just over 500 Q's, I created  
an Excel file and sorted on calls .... not TOO hard to do.    You  can enter 
just the minimum information .... call and band .... to prove that  there are 
no dupes.   
 
If you paper logged, another option is to enter your log into a  computer 
logging program.   Of the programs that I am aware of,  RoverLog is the most user 
friendly regarding "manual mode" for hand entering  data from a previous 
paper log.
