Of course, I forgot to mention, if you used a logging program and submit 
electronically, no dupe sheet is needed.  It's only for paper logs.  I 
guess I confused myself because the recent 10 GHz and Up contest 
required dupe sheets even if submitted electronically, because the 
Cabrillo format is not supported by that contest.  So it may not be as 
important an issue as I originally thought...  Time for bed!
