I don't know if any of the commonly used logging programs can do it.
Certainly, the old VHF-DX program that I'm still using cannot do it.
If you are experienced with Microsoft Excel, you could import the
Cabrillo output file, and then sort by (1) Band, (2) Other Station's
Grid, and (3) Other Station's Call. **NOTE**, rovers have to do a 4-way
sort, (1) Band, (2) Rover's Grid, (3) Other Station's Grid, and (4)
Other Station's Call. Then insert a formula in the last column to the
right that basically says if all 3 (or 4 for rovers) of these items
match the corresponding item in the line above, flag it as a dupe,
otherwise no dupe.
If I ever had any free time, I could probably write a program in C to do
it, but I didn't even have enough free time to work most of the contest,
in spite of scheduling this weekend months in advance.
It could probably be done in Perl, but I never learned that language. I
think N0UK used Perl to put together that program rather quickly last
year to patch up logs, when the contest robot stopped accepting
deprecated band designators (A, B, C, D, 9, E, ...) and started
insisting on numeric values in the band column.
Oh well, my puny log won't need a dupe sheet this time around. I'm
happy I could work the few folks that I did get a chance to work in a
little over 2.5 hours...
