[NLRS] Rovermania III - The August UHF Contest

The Rovairs Extraordinaires will be out in Rovermania III.  We will have 222, 432, 902, 1296 for sure, and 2.3 if the transverter is returned from the hospital in time.  Plans are uncertain as to location, but maybe EN30/40/31/41 to start, heading north through eastern Iowa through EN32, 33, 42, 43.  More later!
