[NLRS] Log format changes

  I find it interesting that the ARRL would make this log 
format change and FORCE everyone to buy/upgrade 
their logging software. This is software!! Why have 
EVERYONE change when the ARRL could simply have 
software that supports both formats... Very odd to an 
"ole conservative" .... $$$$$ from everyone vrs what 
should be a simple ARRL "adjustment" in house at little 
if any real cost.

  Sad ... I would hope that if I were at the ARRL meeting 
that that decission was made, I would have said  "wait a 
minute". But of course I was the one that told my school 
administrator in a faculty meeting, that "we should NOT 
allow sodapop machines in our school! That we were 
promoting bad health." He told me then I should not 
have coffee at school then. (I never did! I drink tea)
