[NLRS] FT 736 Frequency extension

Hi John,
There's several plaes on the web that have (or have had) "stuff" like this.  The one I found real easily is: <http://www.mods.dk/view.php?ArticleId=1967>  Scroll down to get to the index of articles.  There are others, but almost all of the "different" sites have the same materail in different formats.  Little or nothing new. A lot of it is 9600 baud stuff for satellites, etc.  I have no idea if any of these are what you're looking for, or, more importantly, whether or not they work.  Haven't done any of them.
