[NLRS] 10368 transverter

A transverter is overkill for use as a signal source. You'd be better off 
building up a utility amp board as a multipler and using a pipe cap 
filter(or filters) to clean up the output if it matters in your application. 
Properly built your amplifier can also suppess some fundamental signal as 
well.
