Well, the LO is a signal generator at around 1100 mhz, depending on what band
the LO is for. You could change the crystal in the LO.  Or you could put a
144mhz signal source in the input of a transverter.

What do you need the signal source for?  DEMI sells a weak signal source that
is their LO board with a diode on the output and a rystal that puts its output
harmonics at about 2304, 3456, etc.  You can build a weak signal source with a
TTL oscillator.  I got a schematic for one from Gary, WB0LJC, and have built
two:  64 mhz for 2304 & 3456, 72mhz for 1296 but it also works nicely at 144 &
432.
