[NLRS] Rover locations along Lake Michigan

Merry Xmas to all.

I have been exploring the Delorme Topo USA that my daughter got me 
for Xmas. I asked for it so I could research rover locations.

So I started to look along Lake Michigan for rover locations for the 
January Contest.

I have heard about a landfill park in Chicago, but I can't seem to 
locate it. Could some one give me an idea of name or address or lat-long?

Also looking for locations farther north of Milwaukee.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
