[NLRS] Tropo?

Worked Gary W0GHZ on 10ghz tropo ... WILD QSB with signals from 5-3 
to 5-9 ... windy here .... at 8am EN43 and EN53 beacons were normal 
summer level. Gary was hearing EN53b at 5-9+20

About 10am I ran 432.080  JT65 sked with WA4HEI EN65ux MI 
(357miles) with nothing heard on either end.

About 10:45am I worked Curt K9AKS EN41 (421 miles) on 2m with S1 
signals on this end. At that time EN53b was ~5-2 (not on the meter).

 SO .... not great here ....
