[NLRS] CSVHFS 2006/2007 States Above - August Request

Hello NLRS land.

Sorry for the slow start, been a bit busy, but its time to start collecting
scores for the 2006/2007 States Above operating event.   For those who are
not familiar with the CSVHFS sponsored event, check out the rules at
http://www.csvhfs.org/ and click on the "States Above" link.    If you have
any questions, ask.

The 2006/2007 CSVHFS States Above event marks the eleventh running.   The
objective is to work as many States and Provinces as possible on the bands
above 50 MHz, QSL cards are not required.  Full rules can be found at
http://www.csvhfs.org/CSVHFTST.HTML . Go to the website and download your
new forms for the 2006/2007 season.
