Oh boy! According to the W0JT 10 GHz Excel Logger:

346 QSO's
21 Uniques
68521 Distance points
70621 Total points

This is just first report. I need to go through all of it carefully looking
for errors. I also want to compare BD2004 distances to the JT Logger
distances. My memory is that, although there are occasional 1km
differences, combined over a contest they cancel out.

I must mention that liaison was totally by cellphone but not much was
needed. We'd show up at the new spot and swish around on frequency and
bearing trying to make a blip (or a squoop) in the Lonsdale/Buck Hill
receivers. Then we'd settle down to beacon on one frequency. When we'd let
up, quite often, Lonsdale/Buck Hill was beaconing back to us.

I left my transverter plugged in to 12v all weekend. Yet I still drifted.
Bringing it in and out of the sun plus heat from the amplifier when keyed
changed my frequency. Several of the rovers are using crystal heaters. I
need to modify mine.
