[NLRS] Rovermania III - KC0IYT/R

N0UK/R status at 2330; 432 & 10368 is ready to go.  1296 is close.  One 
more power cable and a PTT cable and it's ready.  I have tested the RF and 
PA switching and it looks good.

The 432 MHz 48 ele Multibeam and 1.3GHz 24 ele Looper are mounted on 
Alice's rack and is quite something to behold whether I end up making any 
Qs or not!  Should get more looks than usual even :-)
