[NLRS] Rovermania III - August 2 Update

Hello NLRS land.   

Two updates tonight .... added  data from Jim, K0MHC/R and solidified my 
plans.   We are now up  to nine rovers and two portable stations.   Keep the data 
coming  !    
 
Don't forget the proposed 10G activity times off of downtown (noted  below).
