[NLRS] 10ghz Beacon Frequency

Dave N0KP asked me to check the beacon frequency and I find the lower 
signal near 10368.292 and upper near 10368.299. I did this by listening 
to to beacon and the xmitting on top of the signal with my portable unit 
and checking my xmitted frequency with my GPS locked counter. Error 
would be in how I tuned the beacon in.

This is too long for the 10ghz reflector so I will just mail my findings 
to it. Some of you will get both
