[NLRS] Direct TV Dish, Au'06 & 222 beacon

The Direct TV dish has been spoken  for.   Thanks to all who ask.   

With the nice  weather this weekend, its a great time to blow the dust off of 
the antennas and  to bring them to Au'06 next weekend for antenna range 
testing.    

Last, and FYI, the 222.061 beacon will be ON & OFF today for  mantainence.
