[NLRS] Plans for SBMS 2.3 GHz & Up Contest

'Lo all,
I chatted with Bob, W0AUS briefly this morning about 24GHz. Bob and I both
are limited to 400uW (yes, micro-Watts), so our range is a LOT more limited
than Jon's. If Bob ends up on Buck Hill, that will give both Jon and I
some one to talk to (which is good... I stand NO chance of working Mike,
KM0T on 24 GHz).

I've checked the maps, and its LOS between Buck Hill, New Trier, Cannon
Falls, and Vasa. 29.9km, 43.2km, 51.8km, respectively, all of which would
be DX for both Bob and myself on 24GHz. Its also very close to LOS down to
the S. Wanamingo site at > 66km.

SO. Assuming Bob goes to Buck Hill, I'm going to start at New Trier to
work 24GHz. Should be a chip shot, even with 400 uW. 12Ghz off of
downtown is also a chip shot. From there, I'll go to Vasa, work Buck Hill
on 24, 10 and 2.3 GHz, and anyone off of downtown on 10GHz. From Vasa to
Cannon Falls to do the same thing, and then on to Wanamingo, and points SE.
At any point 24GHz doesn't work, I abort the plan and catch up to the
group for 10GHz and 2.3 GHz.

If I get started at 0900 instead of 0930 for the rest of the group, I
shouldn't be too far behind, and hopefully can catch up by S. Wanamingo
