[NLRS] Yet another "Logs Received" report for September

With now FOURTEEN days past since the end of the September VHF QSO Party,
the League's "Logs Received" page for this event now shows 384 logs as
received electronically...again, I didn't recheck the number showing club
affiliation but it looks like it continues to be a little over 1/2.

Badger Contesters and NLRS remain "tied" in the number of logs recorded as
having been submitted electronically, now at TWELVE (12) each and I've seen
further posts from members who have mailed their paper logs so let's keep it
going.

Don't forget to submit or mail your logs and don't be afraid to ask for
help.

Also, I just discovered that the "complete" report of Logs Received has now
been posted for the UHF Contest...a total of 183 entries (45 additional from
the 138 that I had in my check from shortly after the electronic entry
deadline which had the claimed scores listed)...more analysis on that later!
