[NLRS] September VHF Contest preparations

	Its another weekend of fun fun fun.  I will be on 6m to 10 GHz this
weekend, but my station wont be complete till tomorrow morning when I hang
the dishes. Last out of the 32 hours or so this station will be on for about
24 of it.   Hope to hear some good Aurora and allot of Tropo.  73's Dave
