If all fails you could try an old fashioned measuring tool. A couple 2 volt 60 ma. lamps. One of them runs full brilliance with 120 mw. Z is 30 ohms, so its not a perfect match. You can put a pair of them side by side and match the color and brilliance with DC on the reference lamp and get the power that way. Lamp numbers 48 or 49 if I remember the numbers correctly.
