[NLRS] EME contest score at N0AKC

Charlie, how do you initiate a contact, or  respond to a CQ, in a EME contest 
where everyone is running JT65 ?  Can you  "see" a station calling CQ contest 
on random, or do you have to hear them  to "lock on" ?   I thought you had to 
know the other stations freq to  make a JT65 contact (unless you can hear 
them).
