Hi Clair.   Don't believe everything you read.    You lift just one end of
the capacitor and connect the output coax to that lifted end.    You leave
the other end of the capacitor intact as is.   Working from memory, that
capacitor is a DC block, RF coupling cap, between two stages.    If you
lift the wrong end you'll get nothing ..... don't ask me which is the right
end .... its the end with the RF.
