[NLRS] Contest planning: -response

It looks like we'll be able to rove again this Summer.
Our plans for the June, Aug and Sept VHF/UHF contests are for AB/CD9EFG 
while stopped at good sites (yet to be determined) with 5.7 and 10 GHz  (low 
power) when we're stopped closer to similar equipped stations. We'll need to 
scout and do some route planning before we can publish any details.

I'll be able to operate 10 GHz from the base station (EN26ha) during the Red 
River Valley weekend if this option is chosen.
