[NLRS] Contest Planning

Hi -

I plan to operate the June VHF+ contest and Rovermania from home here in 
Burnsville. I have just one class of desire: 1296 QSOs in SDak, NDak and 
Nebr. I know that there have been Rovers out there, but never on any 
frequency/band where I could either find them or get their attention if 
I did.

Well, other unworked states/provinces/grids would be nice, too, but the 
above list really shouldn't have been as difficult as it has been so far.

I'll probably work the Sept. VHF+ contest from here as well, but its a 
bit far out in the future for much planning yet.
