Summary:
* So far, 10 logs to submit. Remember that this is only a club
competition so I'll submit a score for the NLRS. Send any logs to me,
text is OK.
* Five of the ten logs included 2304 with 42 contacts on that band.
W0ZQ was high with 12 Q's, W0GHZ had 11.
* Five of the ten logs included 3456 also with 42 contacts on that band.
KF0Q was high with 11 Q's, W0GHZ and W0ZQ had 10.
* Two of the ten logs included 5760 with 2 contacts on that band.
* Eight of the ten logs included 10gigs with 176 contacts on that band
alone. W0ZQ had 40 Q's, KC0IYT had 27, WA2VOI had 26.
* Best performance off of an apartment deck goes to W9FZ.
* Best performance from your back yard goes to W0AUS.
* Best performance for operating with an IF rig that doesn't work below
40 degrees goes to WA2VOI.
* Best intentions: N0AKC for giving it a try from far SE MN in that
cool wind that was blowing on Sat.
* Best performance with no 10 gigs goes to KF0Q .... Matt had only 2.3
and 3.4 running. Matt worked some longer hauls to KP & GHZ.
* There were a total of 262 logged microwave contacts. No bands above
10gigs were claimed.
This was a fun, low stress operating event. Count me in for next year.
73, Jon
W0ZQ
