[NLRS] Rovermania II...DOH!

Pat and I will be operating the UHF contest.   However, we will be in San Diego for that weekend.  We will be using our four band HT (if I can ever figure out how it works) for 70cm and 23cm from our hotel room. Another contest sabotaged by a work commitment!  All is clear for September, and the CQWWVHF.
