I obtained a counter this week. The guy that sold it
claimed a oven controlled osc, but it was not to be.
Since before it is all over, I would would like to
prescale to 10Ghz and in time to have it GPS locked.
Anyone have any surplus equipment that would be
available and helpful reaching this goal?
