[NLRS] N0AKC contest plans

I will be on from the home station in EN44gu.  6, 2, 222, 432, 902, 1296.  I
did not get the cavity amps completed for 902 & 1296, so I will be running
normal power there.  Also, between the weather and not having sufficient
time, I did not get the 10GHZ system tower mounted, so I will not be on that
band (unless a rover decides to come park in the yard to work me, then I'll
set up the portable station).
