[NLRS] Rover Recon, Winsted grid corner

Spent some time today looking over rover options in the EN24/25/34/35 grid  
corner.   Here are my notes.  

EN35ca   On Hwy  12, the BP gas station with its large parking lot.   
Advantage is that  its right on HWY 12.   45d 02.055  93d  46.105

EN35ca   Just south of Cty 30 , Darrow Ave.  Good  for N/S or if you can turn 
your antennas.   45d 02.012  93d  49.062.  Not too far from grid corner

EN35ca    Just  east of Cty 16 on 100 St SE.  Just SSW of Delano.   Good 
shots  except north as slight hill there. Good area to pull off     CAUTION HIGH 
POWER LINES.    45d  00.403  93d  48.426

EN35aa & EN25xa.   A twoff'r.   Just north  of the Dog Lake corner.   85th St 
SW and Fillmore Ave SW.    85th runs east west.  Grab Fillmore off of Cty 30. 
 You can travel  along 85th to change grids.   OK shots .... considering how 
close to  the grid corner you are.   Better than Dog Lake.   45d  01.752  93d 
59.929 (EN35aa).   

EN34av.   Just  immediately north of Hwy 7.  Yale Ave.   Dirt road that goes  
north off of Hwy 7 with a rise and a pull off at towards the high spot  on 
the east side.  44d 54.488  93d 59.496

EN25wb    The cell tower immediate south of Howard Lake.   Tower and its 
fence  blocks the shot to the immediate east, else good shots.   45  02.904  94d

EN24xw    212th St just south of  Winsted.  Just a simple east/west 
connecting dirt road that has some  distance to the trees.  I've wrked GHZ on 10gigs  
from there.   44d 55.566  94d  02.396

EN24wx   Dairy & 243 St.   EN24 close to  the corner is tough.   Never used 
this, and it was raining when I was  there.   Basically a T in the road.   44d
