[NLRS] States Above 2004/2005 December Results

Hello NLRS land.   Here is the December tally sheet for those NLRS members
who are playing in the CSVHF Society States Above operating event.    Eight
stations have already worked over 30 States & Provinces, up from five just
last month, a nice showing.    The six meter scores are looking pretty
good, but without a really good tropo opening last Fall the UHF and
microwave bands are not as good as last year at this time.

We have lots of time left in this years running, so check out the info
below and join the fun.    The January VHF contest, only one week away, is
a great opportunity to catch some new states and to rack up your totals.
Remember that you only have to work 30 or more States or Provinces to
receive a nice certificate from the CSVHF Society.

The States Above operating event is sponsored by the CSVHF Society.  This
year long operating event is intended to promote activity on the bands
above 50 MHz.   The event runs from July 1, 2004 until June 30, 2005.
QSL cards are not required.   For full rules and log sheets go to the CSVHF
Society website at www.csvhfs.org and look for the link to the States Above
rules.
