[NLRS] What is going on with the reflector?

Matt, Al Waller (owner and operator of QSL.NET and QTH.NET) is doing a 
fund-raising raffle of the radio -- the more money you donate towards 
keeping the QSL.NET/QTH.NET systems operating, the more "chances" you 
get in the raffle.  I was confused by this at first, but he is 
apparently inserting that 2-line announcement into all outgoing messages 
handled by his mail reflectors to stimulate participation.  I agree that 
it is annoying, and I imagine it is especially annoying because you are 
using screen-reading software to have the messages spoken.  At least 
when reading messages visually you can quickly jump past the banner and 
get on to the item of interest.  Maybe it would have been better if he 
put it at the end of each message instead of at the beginning.  In any 
event, the raffle is over on January 31, so the messages should 
disappear by then.
